We open our family-run restaurant in 2004 with our main focus on offering our knowledge in Classical Thai Cooking to be enjoyed by local diners and town visitors.   As a founder of Sir & Madam, a Thai born from Nakorn Pathom province  from a large extended family so fond of debating on whose dishes are more flavoursome at each of our family gatherings,  these were beautiful memories that spark Sir & Madam.
